Morning Bits: Wise, Warren, Jeter, Gardner
Good morning everyone. Last night’s game was ugly, I admit but it’s time to turn the page and focus on today. Hiroki Kuroda starts for the Yankees and first pitch is at 1:05. Here are your morning links!
– Last night Dewayne Wise pitched great for the Yankees (no, this isn’t a typo). Adam Warren–ehh–not so much.
– Derek Jeter made history last night by overtaking Cal Ripken Jr. on baseball’s all-time hit list.
– Here’s an article that I wrote for Yahoo! about how Brett Gardner actually changes the dynamics to the Yankees when he’s in and out of the lineup.
