1) When was the last time the Yankees did not have anyone with 100 RBI
2) When was the last time ANY team had over 200 HRs without a player with 100 RBI
Fish…..Tex is the only shot at getting 100 this season.

THAT was absolutely DREADFUL! Jerry Meals needs to get fired. That’s it! Teixeira was OBVIOUSLY safe, even a legally blind umpire could see that!! Everyone except Jerry Meals!!! AGH!!!!!
Hopefully that’s going to be the call that FINALLY gets Instant Replay expanded in baseball. There’s no reason to have these 50-60 yr old men trying to make these calls with the naked eye when we have technology that proves beyond a doubt and takes only seconds.

And now Tex won’t play tomorrow. To have that man go all out like that and not get the call is sickening enough. Now its going to cost him more missed time. Sickening. Feel awful for Tex. Hopefully that play can inspire this team.
