Think about these stats……
Jeter is hitting .324 with 15 hrs & 52 rbi
Cano is hitting .301 with 30 hrs & 77 rbi
Jeter has led off all yr with terrible hitters in front of him in the 7-8-9 hole. Cano has hit 3rd or 4th all year with 15 more HRs yet has only 25 more RBI.
Cano is 3rd in the AL in Offensive WAR, 6th in SLG% & 6th in OPS yet has not driven in many runs. Is it all because of his .237 BA with RISP? How can such a good hitter be hitting so poorly with RISP this year?

Even now with ARod at DH and Chavez and Jeter out of the game, Nunez does not play.
Our 3 best bullpen arms consist of:
1) Robertson who insists on constantly throwing his 90-91 mph fastball although he has a nasty Curveball he used to use to strike out 14 batters per 9ip.
2) Joba who is afraid to throw his 94-97 mph fastball, constantly throwing Sliders. Since he doesn’t bend his back or follow-through, he hangs about 1 in every 4 Sliders making him prone to the extra base hit.
3) Soriano who can also throw 93-95 with good command but throws so many Sliders the other team sits on it .
DEREK JETER — OUT FOR THE SEASON– STUCK ON 194 HITS— AND 324 AVG,…. HE HAS A SHOT TO LEAD THE AL IN BOTH STILL
BUT HIS ANKLE IS DONE THIS SEASON,, HE IS FINISHED TIL NEXT SEASON
