Good morning Yankee fans. Well hopefully the Yankees can squeak out at least one win tonight in this series. Just no one is hitting. It’s really hard to blame just one person when the majority of the lineup is not hitting. Anyway try to enjoy the game tonight.

Imagine the newspapers today if George was still around with the Yankees facing getting swept in the ALCS.
Never have I missed George as much as I do now. Girardi and all of the coaches would be getting ready to be fired, and rightfully so.
Please, guys, don’t write all offseason about what a great “success” this year was because they made the playoffs(just like the O’s and A’s did). I’m tired of hearing about division titles too.
You pitch Drob instead of Lowe in the 8th inning of the game 1, this series is only 2-1.
If Arod is at third last night, that game is probably into extra innings.
There are not a lot of ways a manager can affect a game, he gets maybe 1-3 chances at the most in any game. Girardi has the most incredible knack I’ve ever seen for making the wrong moves time after time after time.
When a guy loses a few bets you can say maybe he’s unlucky. When a guy loses time after time after time with the same stupid bets you call him what he is, a LOSER!!
I’m not gonna monday morning quarterback when no matter who he puts out there in these games can’t hit a lick.
And neither did the Tigers. The loss in game 2 isn’t on Joe, but pitching Lowe instead of Drob in game 1 and benching Arod last night cost us at least one of those two games. It’s 2-1 with CC pitching tonight if Girardi was any kind of a manager.

Even more embarrassing to the Yankees is that Austin Jackson would have caught Miguel Cabrera’s line drive out the right center field last night. Granderson really isn’t a center fielder anymore.
HAHAHA! You mean the Austin Jackson who was dealt with Phil Coke and Ian Kennedy for Granderson in the trade I insisted that we had lost before the season began here that everyone told me I was wrong about.
Phil Coke will be a useful reliever for years. Ian Kennedy would be a 2 or 3 starter on this team and would have been last year too, certainly would have been better than Freddy Garcia in game 3 of the 2011 ALDS. Austin Jackson will make Yankee fans projectile vomit for years. We would have had all of these guys at NO MONEY and have any or all of them to use as valuable trade chips.
Instead, we have a 10 million a year Dave Kingman clone.
I wish I wasn’t right so often about bad things.
I do think the Yankees win the next two games though and I do think Arod or Swisher will make a difference in a game if they are allowed to play.
Lets hope I’m right about a good thing.

I think the Yankees have no shot winning it being down 0-3. Could it happen sure. but i can’t see it. So getting knocked out with sweep which could help anger upper mgmt and thus shake things up could be a good thing.
